Abstract
A psychiatrist shares assorted reflections about the underwhelming realities of clinical practice in the United States. Dynamic therapy, CBT, psychopharmacology, and flower remedies for common Axis I and II disorders will be covered. We'll chat about what to do when the therapist isn't Self-realized, has a bad day, and the client has limited spiritual aspiration. Sound familiar?
