Abstract
This presentation outlines a theory of personality based on the works of Sri Aurobindo, and challenges encountered in introducing it in the Indian academia. It includes the author's personal journey of Self-discovery through the established views in academic psychology, leading to the Advaita Vedantic path, culminating in integral psychology.
