Abstract
Mind-body medicine, the latest incarnation of scientific medicine, is heavily dependent on an instrument which offers mental peace under adverse circumstances. In our erratic and unpredictable world, a better prescription for lasting mental peace than a worldview based on integral yoga is yet to be written.

Presenter: R.L. Bijlani, M.D. is Professor of Physiology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He initiated the Integral Health Clinic (IHC) at AIIMS in February 2000. IHC is essentially a nucleus of mind-body medicine where yoga is used as an instrument for influencing the mind positively to promote self-healing.
