Abstract
The Heart of Healing in Integral PsychotherapyThe heart has a special significance in integral yoga and integral psychology as both the seat of the evolving soul and the center of our emotional being. Opening the heart at every level – integrally – is key to the evolutionary process as envisioned by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, and an integral psychotherapy maps different methods of working through and healing the various levels of the heart.
