Abstract
CIIS – School of Destiny: Reflections on seeds of the past that still beckon us on to magnificent future undertakings Our inspiration has always come from ancient wisdom teachings. We have accomplished our goals of enlightened leadership in our chosen fields of philosophy, mythology, comparative studies and women’s spirituality that inform practical applications in psychology and expressive arts honoring the body, mind and spirit. But perhaps there is one more creative step yet to be taken that asks us to match intellectual excellence with shared beauty within community. What will we call it, and how will we approach it?

Hilary Anderson, Ph.D. is former professor, dean, and founding board member of CIIS. In 1992 she founded the Universal Way Foundation inLos Angeles to support research, programs and celebrations that promote self-integration and cross-cultural regard for all spiritual pathways. She travels widely, conducting seminars and counseling in Integral Psychology, specializing in the Divine Feminine. Dr. Anderson has taught as adjunct professor for East-West Psychology and Asian and Comparative programs at CIIS in recent years. Her publications include numerous essays and articles on Integral Psychology and oracular symbolism.
