Abstract
Integral yoga provides a widely inclusive understanding of consciousness that helps makes sense of many of the findings of neuroscience. This talk uses recent neuroscience findings on neurogenesis as a frame to show how the practice of integral yoga can be a path to enhancing brain function and cognitive abilities.
